Hosting Terms & Conditions

Whilst Hut Six Digital offers website and email hosting, no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service and Hut Six Digital cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.

Hut Six Digital reserves the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate the hosting service should the necessity arise.

Website hosting accounts renew automatically on an annual basis, unless notice is received in writing by email or post no later than 7 days before the renewal date. Renewal dates are made clear on invoices, however the client may request clarification about renewal dates at any time via phone or email.

Failure to pay a renewal invoice will result in suspension of your account. Where an invoice remains unpaid for more than 28 days, the account will then be scheduled for deletion.

Where a hosting account has been offered free of charge as part of a website design contract, the stated period of free service is deemed to begin from the completion date of that project. The completion date is always the day on which the final balance invoice is raised, unless agreed otherwise.

What our customers say:

I put a message up on facebook that I needed someone to take over the hosting of my new website, and Jo responded and left her number. I got in touch and she took control of the situation, contacting the previous host and effecting the transfer. I have been impressed with Jo’s knowledge, helpfulness and her calm manner. Thank you Jo.
